Children
(3-12 years)
Baby Gym (3–5 years)
WAG (Women's Artistic Gymnastics): bars, beam, floor, vault.
GAM (Men's Artistic Gymnastics): men's apparatus.
GR (Rhythmic Gymnastics): ribbons, hoops, ropes.
Teenagers
(12-18 years old)
Freestyle Gym/Tricks/Parkour: freestyle figures, urban and creative spirit.
Gym+: a freer and more versatile version, without a competitive framework.
GR / GAM / GAF: leisure or competition depending on level.
Adults
(+18 years)
Late openings: access to the gym from 10:30 p.m. to 11:59 p.m. (Monday to Friday)
Gym+ health & well-being: tone, mobility, fitness.
Tricks / Freestyle Gym / Parkour: for the more athletic who want to push their limits.

Classes Designed for Excellence in Sports
A system intended for gymnasts in school from CM1 to Terminale in partner establishments.
It allows you to combine sporting demands and academic success, thanks to:
flexible hours,
personalized academic monitoring,
intensive training adapted to high levels.
Competition
GAM/GAF/GR
Supervised by a team of qualified coaches, the competition groups participate each year in the official competitions of the French Gymnastics Federation.
Open to gymnasts selected according to their level and commitment.
Objective: to progress technically, experience competitions and proudly represent En Avant! de Paris.
Competitions from departmental to national level.

Throughout the year, En Avant! de Paris organizes courses and events to allow everyone to discover gymnastics in a different way, progress in their discipline, or share friendly moments with the club. Whether during school holidays or at one-off events, our courses and activities are aimed at children, teenagers, and adults, from leisure to competition.
